How can use the FDS in PHP

I am trying to use the FDS in flex for server side php for
using real time push back technology.

Actually some guys is working in flex with java and FDS and i
am with PHP so i would like to access the data management services
in php as like the java developers use <adapter "java dao">
for get the same. i want to access the same as when the admin of
application chages something than it must be aucomatically change
in flex application without page refresh. They do in java and flex.
