1. Re: TOC has died in the responsive HTML5 output, it's available in smaller views, but not in full screen. This happened out of the blue with no tinkering to the TOC. Please Help! Thanks...
Willam van Weelden Oct 10, 2014 5:46 AM (in response to aceinevo)Which version of RoboHelp are you using? The layout suggests you're on RH 11.0 - 11.0.2. I'm asking because RH 11.0.3 includes a fix for the TOC breaking sometimes.
That the TOC works in mobile can be explained because it is a different widget than the TOC you see with the desktop.
Can you try the following: Create a new Responsive Layout in the project and generate using that new layout. Does the TOC work in that case? That will help us determine whether it's the layout or whether something in the project is causing this.
Kind regards,
Willam

aceinevo Oct 12, 2014 1:30 PM (in response to Willam van Weelden)Hi - Thanks for the reply. I'm running 11.0.3
Tried creating a new Responsive Layout - didn't fix it. Tried WebHelp and it worked fine. So there is still an issue with the responsive TOC.

Willam van Weelden Oct 13, 2014 2:50 AM (in response to aceinevo)Ok. Open the developer options by pressing F12. Then reload the page with the TOC. On the console tab, do you see any errors? And if you do, what are you seeing?
Kind regards,

Not sure what that means?

Willam van Weelden Oct 16, 2014 1:44 AM (in response to aceinevo)The script expects a specific value but it's not there. Not very helpful though...
Can you share an example project exhibiting this issue with me? I'll really need to debug and look into this to know what is going on. You can contact me at contact [at] wvanweelden [dot] eu.
Kind regards,
