I would like to cancel my subscription, but am finding it quite impossible to do so over the internet, is there any way to speak to someone about canceling this?!?

No matter how many times I try there seems to be no way to cancel my subscription, any suggestions on how to do so?

I did that, but when i go to log in it tells me it cant bring up my subscriptions, so therefore i am unable to cancel anything.
