Need to connect the slide duration with text caption and highlight box

Hi folks,
I have changed the slide duration to 4 sec. So far, so good - but why is that not connected to the text captions and highlight boxes and so on? So I have to fix this by hand after recording all the frames, this needs a long time sometimes.

If anybody knows a way for a workaround, please let me know.

Hi Wolvo

Try selecting 1 text caption, change the "Properties" "Options" to "display for rest of slide". Now select the "Apply to All" tick box bottom left and select "changed properties" from the pick list. Rinse and repeat for the rest of your required objects.
