Could you try the following.
1. Quit the Creative Cloud application
2. Navigate to:
Mac: /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Windows: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
3.Now delete the CoreSync folder, and empty your trash.
4. Restart Creative Cloud.

bonzon Oct 16, 2014 12:08 PM (in response to crowaboutit)Do you have characters other than ASCII in your filename or any of its parent folders? Also known as accented letters, or multibyte Unicode characters. Then this is a current known issue of sync failure. Rename files and folders using only ASCII.
