    My Pictures Are Missing ? ? ?

      I was able to view  and share my pictures until two weeks ago...now they are GONE ? ? WTH Happened ?

          I am seeing photos in the account associated with the email you are using in this forum.  Please go to adoberevel.com and log in and you should be able to see them as well.  Try quitting and restarting your app if you are still having an issue.  Also, make sure you are logged in with the correct Adobe Id.

           

          If you are still having problems, please let us know what device and os you are using.

            I am using Windows 8.1 and the pictures used to be right on the opening screen ..... Gone. Which was the easy way to share. Now Yes if I log into Adobe and go to my Library ? ? I can see my pictures. It will not let me Log in on Google Chrome (wall) which would be the easiest and WAS the easiest. I want to at this point put them back on my hard drive where I can find & share them. Rather than use this system. The Only Truly BAD Adobe system I have EVER used

              Sorry that you are having problems. 

               

              Importing photos to Revel does not remove them from your Windows 8.1 system.  Are you saying you no longer have local copies?   You can indeed copy them back, but you should not have to.  Do you need guidance on how to retrieve the photos?

                I get SOOOO tired of you people.... I have retrieved my photos many times .....THROUGH ADOBE REVEL. What I can NOT  DO is retrieve them EASILY off of My Windows 8.1 Like I use to..... Adobe REVEL Is not letting me PUT the Pictures BACK in my picture folder on my Hard drive .WHICH I DID NOT WANT  DO ! ! ! ! ! REVEL was suppose to be a way of saving space on the HARD DRIVE ....... NOT ! ! ! !
