Drop down selection route to a specific admin or email?

I have a contact form with a topic/category selection and I am wanting each selection to route to a specific admin/email. How would you go about doing something like this?

You can create a drop down for different workflows and assign each workflow to a particular admin, please check the following link on how to set this up:
