quits recording

Hello,

I'm using Captivate 2. When I start to record a software simulation as soon as I click anywhere on the page it stops recording. Any thoughts?

Hey there Mj

There are 2 things that I can think.
1. Check that that the recordings options are set to Auto Record
2. Use Manual Screen Capture via PrintScreen

Please shout again if this was not what you were looking for.

Hi,

thanks so much for your feedback. All day yesterday I was shutting down my computer and starting it up again thinking that might help. Today I went in and it's working fine. Not sure what the problem was/is.
