Terms for student plan

So I am interested in buying the 9.99/month student cloud plan that comes with photoshop and lightroom. I am a student, but am also considering doing photography as business in the coming year or two. Is that permitted? To buy the student edition and eventually use it for business things (while still being a student obviously).
