If you're talking about two fully separate accounts, you can only share projects once they are published, not as drafts. However, you can publish it privately, and just share with one person in the settings.
Or, you might be asking about simply turning a draft project into a published piece in your portfolio. To do that, simply continue through the editing process and publish it!

I realized that I had to turn the draft projects into portfolio pieces by going through the rest of the steps. I would have liked to bypass the step of uploading a "cover," and that's why I avoided continuing the process. Thank you!
