Testimonials Web App not populating all testimonials

Hi,

I'm having issues with my web app for the Testimonials section of the site.  I have four testimonials that I input, yet only two are populating on the site. 

Help would be incredibly appreciated, I don't want the same two testimonials populating over and over again.
