Why are social links different on desktop vs. mobile versions of my site?

The Facebook and Twitter buttons show up alongside the Favorite button on the desktop version of my site, but not on the phone version of the site, and I can't find the place to correct this. Thoughts? Desktop screenshot of sample product vs Mobile screenshot of same product below.
