I am paying for Creative Cloud, why does Photoshop CC 2014 require a Serial Number

I can't find any serial numbers in any of my membership information. This isn't fair....I don't like the feeling of signing up for something, then being blocked from it at the same time.

The Email that is associated with Forum does not have any CC attached with it, please let us know if you have any other Email under which it has been registered.

CC  mostly asks for serial number if:

1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.

2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.

3. The activation count has increased.
