my "subscription" is expired even though I paid full license for CS6 while in Emily Carr Uni.

so i tried to go use my illustrator and a window pops up saying my subscription is expired. that i need a new serial code.

I've paid full price for CS6 in Emily Carr University, so why dont I have access to my CS6? I have the actual CD. why can't I use my programs! I haven't even upgraded to Creative Cloud.

I want to use my CS6 please. fix it.

You MAY have the problem described below... did you buy THROUGH your University, or direct from Adobe as a student?

If through your University, they MAY have sold you a time limited serial number... contact your University
