For using Revel in Organizer, you can refer to the following help article: http://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/using/access-media-using-revel.html
Once you are signed in to Revel in Organizer, you will see your media in Organizer catalog and then you can edit your media (just like any other normal media in Organizer).

I am unable to sign in to Revel in Organizer, The sign in option is grayed out and after listening to the videos, the discussions, the chat rooms with no success I am still unable to connect Organizer to Revel. I have been told that Fotoshop (Adobe) no longer supports Version 12 and they cannot help me. I purchased V12 in August only two months ago. If I had known that V13 was available I would have purchased it.
Who can I talk to at Adobe who will show some interest in my problem?

Hi Richard,
Also for sign in there are two ways:
- From File->Sign in to Revel
- From Edit->Preferences->Adob Revel->Sign in <link adjacent to Adobe id text>.
Are you uanble to access Revel from either of the options? Please attach snapshots of both options (which shows options as disabled).
Regarding you PSE12 purchase, I will ask someone from team to look into it.

The upgrade cost from V12 to V13 is lesser than a fresh buy. I suggest you go to Adobe chat for the buying options to know more details.

Good idea except when I log on to Chat I get bumped off since it does
not support PS
12. Any other suggestions?
