Adobe Ink does not turn on.

I've had Adobe Ink for less than a week. It worked for a couple of days. Now, the charger flahes red. When not connected to the charger, Adobe Ink does not light up when I hold the button. Any suggestions on how to get Adobe Ink to respond.
