Cannot watch video in Firefox

Hello,

I am using Firefox browser and cannot watch any video. Either it crashes or I see some box turning infinitely! I have reinstalled Shockwave... Can you help?

Your issue relates to Flash - please ask your question on a forum for the Flash Player
