Is Adobe ever going to come out with an update to Shockwave Player?

My browser is repeatedly crashing and I am continuously receiving messages regarding the lack of Shockwave updates. Hello? Forget the stupid creative stuff for a bit - some of us depend on your plugins!!! I don't remember the last time there was a Shockwave update, and we need it.

I also got a Flash crash earlier, I'm off to see about that now. -.-

IMO Shockwave updates are released fairly frequently. Perhaps you're complaining about the lack of support for the latest MacOS version?

Nope, I'm talking about Shockwave for Firefox on a Windows 8.1 laptop. I've been checking daily for a month, and weekly for months before that. No updates in ages.

FWIW I count 5 updates so far this year - and I can't guarantee I got all of them. Like I said, to my mind that constitutes "fairly frequently" — but I accept that others may have a different perception!

The last Shockwave Player update (12.1.3.153) was released on July 1st, 2014.

In very, very long experience with multiple sites.....it usually helps, yes. I just wish there were a pipeline to Adobe, instead of a bunch of other users.
