residual screen image

When I have captured screens using Captivate 2 or 3 in either manual are auto modes, and play them back in Captivate or Browser approximately .5 inches at the bottom shows a previous desktop picture during the last frames of playback

Before we capture, we change the desktop to a neutral gray, but it always seem to pick up the previous desktop image at the bottom in the last 'frames' of playback

Greetings..I just read the tech note, thanks by the way, ...there is no button or any interactivity occurring, just the playing of the 'slide' and blip a the last few 'frames' it blips the old desktop image

Hi Mark,

Send me a sample of what you are talking about - just a few slides with the behavior incuded. If your existing project is NDA, create a new one of some generic application and send that (I'm assuming this occurs on all projects(?)).
