4. Re: Need to cancel my free 1 month membership CC trial before I get charged for 6 months contract period.
hukhan00 Oct 24, 2014 12:34 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Im absolutely signed in under my ID. Im on an updated Safari on OS X Yosemite.
I'm beginning to think maybe my free trial will expire and they'll ask if I want to upgrade as opposed to upgrading automatically. That's the only explanation assuming as a marketing company UX is something they understand.
But the whole taking credit card info doesn't make sense then. Anyways will they entertain me if I call their customer service?

5. Re: Need to cancel my free 1 month membership CC trial before I get charged for 6 months contract period.
Jeff A Wright Oct 24, 2014 12:53 PM (in response to hukhan00)Hukhan00 my apologies I misread your post. There is nothing to cancel during your free month trial. If you have purchased a membership then the Adobe Creative software included with your membership should not open in trial mode.
