Hi All

Im having an issue with an application called Robosource Control 3.1. There is a component called SCC Profile Editor which on a Windows 7 x32bit device works fine, but it will not open at all on a Windows 7 x64 bit device. It flashes on then immediately off no matter what we try.

Has anyone seen this issue before ?

No errors in event logs, im running it as an admin user too.

Any ideas appreciated

Thanks

Hi there

The way you phrased your question makes me wonder if you are even using RoboSource Control. Are you?

If so, that's cool. But because you began by saying you are using an application called Robosource Control 3.1, it seems that perhaps it's tossing an error and you aren't even sure what the application may be.

Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick

Apologies for any confusion. Yes the application we install is Robosource Control 3.1. The only shortcut that wont run on a x64bit device is the SCC Profile Editor, the others run fine.

However, the same application installed on a x32 bit device, all runs perfectly fine.
