Devo cancellare un ID Adobe creato per errore

Devo cancellare un ID Adobe creato per errore invece di sostituire la mail nel mio ID Adobe pre-esistente.

Come posso eliminare quello nuovo, anche perché non posso cambiare la mail nel vecchio ID Adobe perché risulta già usata.

Hi,

I have an issue too. Years ago, I created an account with an email address. Unfortunately, I do not have access to it anymore since it has been deactivated. I lost my password, so I can't ask for a password reset! Adobe doesn't want to help me! I keep turning around and try to access it, but without success. They don't want to delete my account either. That means that I can't download my books anymore! Any suggestions?! Thanks.
