I've purchased Captivate 8 and the serial number I received by email is incorrect. The error message I'm receiving tells me the serial number is valid, but not for the product I've purchased. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Captivate and I am still getting the same error message. Any suggestions?

Aside from ensuring you aren't typing a numeral 1 instead of a letter I or L (or vice-versa) or typing a zero ( 0 ) instead of a letter O, (again vice-versa) you likely need to speak with Adobe support.
