issues with elements 13

ref no WIA support and No Twain driver is there any other way around this also my Mouse is rather un responsive within the program any ideas on this please?

Nobody can say anything. You have not provided any system information nor actually explained the issue. You are merely spitting bullet points and generics.

Hi there I am using microsoft windows 7 premium and have just up graded from elements 9 to 13 the problem I am having is there is no twain driver ir wia suppoet there fore I am unable to get my epson scanner to work also my mouse controll is very jumpy I have tried several diferent mice but it makes no diference any help would be appreciated.
