Attempting to install Flash player on a mac. System requirements are met; old versions uninstalled. I keep getting this error message "Install Adobe Flash Player" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.

Hi,
can you try installing from this zip file? http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_11.7.700.203_archive.zip

This worked for me thanks! I'm on : Mac Pro running OSX 10.10 Yosemite. I guess the upgrade reverted my Gatekeeper settings.

Solved the problem.
Open 'Terminal Mode', which is in the Users Library. (You have to pres 'Alt' to see the Users Library.) Then type in to 'Terminal':
xattr -c /Users/******/Downloads/InDesign_7_5_LS1.dmg (make sure that is the correct path to the correct installation file you are having problems with.)
I did this twice, because once did nothing (spelling error?).
Anyway, now Adobe InDesign is happily installing.
Happy Days..... 😉

This post was from 2013. It's probably not the same thing...
I'd recommend starting a new post and describing the issue thoroughly.
Here's a guide:

Also, so that the people that posted on this in 2013 don't continue to get email updates, I'm locking this thread.
Thanks!
