where is magic content?

I downloaded the instruction manual when I installed PSE13. It says that Magic Content is under Image>Magic Content and that this brings up a dialogue box. However, I don't have Magic Content listed under images in either Quick or Expert mode. Does anyone know what I have to do to make it appear, please? Is it magic?

Do you mean the Magic Extractor? That was removed beginning with PSE 12:

What features from previous versions are not available in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12?

Sorry, yes I meant the Magic Extractor. I've migrated from Photoshop so I'm not used to the names . According the the manual for PSE 13 it exists in the latest software, though not in version 12. It shows how to do the steps for PSE 33, but I can't find it in the image menu.
