      When I try to log in to the back end of my site I get this error:

      ERROR: This site is unavailable either because it no longer exists or has outstanding invoices [ERROR 3].

      What does this mean and how do I fix it?

          If you believe your details that your entering are 100% and you do not get a form to renew payment or update a credit card... Then you need to speak with the people who set up the BC site for you.. The people who you pay the licence fee towards.

          If you pay directly to Adobe and you feel your payments are up to date, then it is likely a password issue and it may be worth double checking and then clicking "forgot password"

            I pay directly to Adobe and my payments are up to date. I changed my password and tried again. I got the same error.
