Liam Dilley Oct 28, 2014 6:46 PM (in response to wena)If you believe your details that your entering are 100% and you do not get a form to renew payment or update a credit card... Then you need to speak with the people who set up the BC site for you.. The people who you pay the licence fee towards.
If you pay directly to Adobe and you feel your payments are up to date, then it is likely a password issue and it may be worth double checking and then clicking "forgot password"
