Cannot select browser (Macbook)

Hi,

I'm having some trouble installing the newest flash player as it installs fine but for the bit after the installation process where you select a browser, they are both blocked: Screen Shot 2014-10-29 at 17.48.02.png

This is the notice that come up and I am unsure how to continue.

You need to exit Safari and Google Chrome to proceed.

Open Safari and choose Safari > Quit Safari from the upper left of the screen.

Same for Chrome.  Open Chrome > Quit Chrome
