Jack Oct 29, 2014 4:25 PM (in response to gener7)Thanks but that location reveals only a portion of the list, and none of my user -defined actions.
I have no actual need to see the folder per se.
What I'm trying to do is to store some of them in subfolders when needed. "Save" control does not provide that option.
Any ideas appreciated.

gener7 Oct 29, 2014 4:51 PM (in response to Jack)Action folders are known as Sets. You choose "New Set" from the Actions Panel menu, give it a name, then group your own actions in that set by dragging them to that set.
Then when you highlight the set, the Save Option is available. You might have a folder in your Documents folder to keep them and call it Actions and store them there. The set will have an .atn extension.
If you keep your action folder in a central spot, such as Documents, you can load them from any version of Photoshop and when you change versions, you will not have to copy them out of Presets.
I hope this gets you closer to what you want.
