My password won't allow new update to be completed

I just downloaded the newest Adobe Flash. When I clicked on it to install, it asked for a screen name and password. The screen name was correct, but it wouldn't accept my password. I reset my password (that I use to log into the Adobe website) and tried again. It still will not accept my password. Any suggestions?
