I am unable to install Flash player on my Apple Macbook Pro as it keeps saying my username and password is wrong, despite the fact i can sign into my account on the Adobe website

I received notice to update my flash player. Can't do that as the password doesn't work so I can't get into my acct. to allow them to update. I have changed my password several times but none will update and allow me into my acct.
