indesign and colour?

Im using Indesign on a Mac (latest version) and for 3 days its saying that I can't connect to Adobe Color Themes any advice please?

1. Can you check if you are signed in.
2. Can you go to color.adobe.com from your browser and is the site loading up properly for you
