Unable to download flash player on a MAC OS X 10.6.8

Here's the situation:

I go to abode page: Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

I click the yellow 'Download Now' button

The window changes to: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/15.0.0.189/install_flash_player_osx.dmg

And absolutely nothing happens, nothing downloads, I'm just left with a black/blank window - and nothing new in my Downloads folder 

Somebody please help, it's driving me mad!!!! x

Try a different browser, or use the offline installer http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_osx.dmg
