I've downloaded Flash Player AU15 and am unable to open a document.  When I try to open a document it says that I have to agree to the licensing agreement   but when I did the download it said that by "continuing" I automatically agree to the licensing agreement. What's going on?

I'm running a Mac with OSX 10.9.5 and Safari 7.1
