Installing adobe flash issues

I download the new adobe flash easily onto my macbook OS X 10.8.5 but when it asks for password my Adobe ID password does not work nor does my Apple ID, despite having reset them. I am very dissatisfied and want to know what the issue is, help me please. Many thanks
