Problem Downloading Flash Player

Operating System = iMac OS X 10.9.5

  My new email address is:  jovanatwo@gmail.com

I am unable to install the new Flash PLayer.  Have no idea what my old password was; I've tried to change it, but emails may have gone to my old email address (jovana@charter.net).  Signed in as a new customer with the new email address and a new password, but was still rejected.  I have been going in circles for several days now.  I was given a hint as follows:  "Year of your trip to Russia."  WHICH trip???  I've gone to Russia more than once.  Please help!  Thanks.
