    64 kbps at 44.1 khz?

      Is it possible to export an mp3 with those settings?  It only lets me export a 64 kbps at 24 khz, but I need 44.1.  There is no way around this as it's hard coded into my business's app.

          You could only do this with a mono file. The lowest rate with stereo is 96k, so if you convert your file to mono, you'll be able to save it down to 48k. So, if you convert to mono and make sure it's set to 16-bit (8 bit makes no difference), then you should be able to select 64k as a save rate - one up from the slowest possible.
