Cannot install Flash Player using IE 11, but Firefox works

I have an issue in QuickBooks that required IE to use Flash Player to view data.  It stopped working a while ago, I think when I reloaded Firefox.  I tried uninstalling Flash Player (and even Firefox) and then tried to download flash player again via IE and it still will not download anything using the Adobe download page.  If I use Firefox, it downloads and works, however my QuickBooks application still errors out.  How can I download Flash Player for IE11 (Windows 7).
