Will the Kuler app be released for Windows Phone?

I wanted to log a feature request for the Kuler app to be released for the windows phone platform.

I wish to second this request, especially now that wp8.1 has been released and is so much more powerful. The 20 megapixel camera in my Nokia Icon would be perfect for generating a kuler palette.
