It would help if you post the picture of this group shot for targeted guidance.
You can do that via the camera icon at the top of the reply box. You can not do it in an e-mail reply, however.

- Open the file
- Go to Enhance>Adjust lighting>Shadows/highlights, then work the sliders to decrease the shadows and to brighten the picture overall
- Open a Photo-filter adjustment layer. I used warming filter 85 @25% density. Check "Preserve luminosity".
- Sharpen with unsharp mask from the Enhance menu. (64, 1.7, 1)
- Use the clone tool to clone blond hair to the top of the little girl's head
