I thought it could be a UDID issue, but when I use the developer and the distribution profiles the app is created and runs on the iPad. If I select "Enterprise signed app" and use the distribution profile, the app doesn't run.

You should call enterprise support to see if they can assist with this issue. You can find contact information by logging into http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/ and looking at the bottom middle of the screen.
