rcraighead Nov 6, 2014 10:54 AM (in response to birgittelrn)Have you opened the "Glyph" panel (Window>Type>Glyphs)? You should be able to access it there.
Don't know what platform you're on. Have you checked your keyboard and language settings? On Mac it would be in Keyboard preferences. On Mac you could also check the "Keyboard Viewer" to see the available characters and how to access them with modifier keys. It'll also show what keyboard is being mapped, at the top of the viewers.

birgittelrn Nov 6, 2014 11:01 AM (in response to rcraighead)I use Windows 8 and it work a couple of days ago. The problem is not the settings in windows, I checked those, it's only in illustrator I can't make it?
