Hi!

Have downloaded flash for both firefox and explorer. It works in explorer(that i never use) but if i try to watch HBO or netflix in firefox it tells me over and over agin to downlad flash. I do that and when i go to the page to see if i have the right version, i have, BUT can not see the animated cloud?!  have restarted the computer, nothing happens....

Sometimes firefox disable flash without any notification and i have to activate it manually.

Got windows 64-bit and using firefox, think that is 32-bit?

What do i need to do?

What is your Windows version?  Flash Player version?

What is the exact message that Firefox gives you?

In Firefox, if you choose Help > Restart with Add-Ons Disabled, does it begin working normally?
