Unable To Activate Elements 12

Hi...I have just had to reinstall Elements 12 & when opening the Photo Editor a "sign in required" window opens asking me to enter Adobe ID to register the product (the product was registered on the initial install & is listed in my Adobe Account)...After entering the details & clicking the "sign in now" box nothing happens - the whirligig just keeps spinning...Help is required please as I am unable to run the Photo Editor...Cheers, Charlie

Hi Barbara...My Elements 12 was reinstated from a Disc...The Elements 12 - not working link refers to Download installations & I cannot find the cash file.

Hi,

You can try to activate your product offline and it would not ask you for Sign in Window again.

1.Disconnect your Internet connection
2.Follow the steps mentioned here(though teh steps are mentioned for Acrobat but they are applicable for PSE and PRE as well) : Offline Activation
