I can't get Captivate 8 to allow me to paste slides from another project into an existing project

I am trying to copy some simulation slides from one project into an existing project in captivate 8.  When I go to paste the slide in, I can not see the screen.  There is a white background over top of the stimulation screen.  See screen print below.  I need slide 152 to show information like in slide 151.  It is in the background of slide 152 but you can not see it because it is behind the white part of the slide.  What am I doing wrong?  Please help
