After downloading latest flashplayer and scanning for viruses -

I downloaded the latest flashplayer.  Later I scanned for viruses.  There were two areas that listed from the scan. It could not scan two files, they were adobe flashplayer files and listed as password protected.  Is this nothing to worry about?  I am using Windows xp and browser was firefox.
