Thanks for the response. I have followed the link provided, however, I had taken all of these steps prior to posting a comment on the forum. Please see the below screenshot of my “Manage Account” page which shows there is no Plans & Products for me to manage/cancel. Is this because it is within the first month of having the plan? Any assistance would be appreciated.
