Problems with align stroke and weight

this is the problem, can anyone help me please? It doesn't make me change the weight below 1pt too.

Nobody can help without knowing what program you are using

Check in your transform pallet - uncheck Align to Pixel Grid for that object.
Also make sure that "align new objects to pixel grid" is unchecked.
