Neil Enns - Adobe Nov 4, 2014 5:57 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)Wait a day or so and try again. It appears to be an intermittent error with the App Loader.

NOW Maroc Nov 5, 2014 2:50 AM (in response to Neil Enns - Adobe)Neil - Still getting the same error. Even tried with a different computer with the 2.9 version of Application Loader and we see a download loop of the app. instead.
No clue what to do and we have a tied schedule.
Also, does any one else getting the same pb recently ?
Thank you,
J.

7. Re: "ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle viewer.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist
Neil Enns - Adobe Nov 5, 2014 4:22 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)Send in a support request to Apple and tell them you are getting the error even though your app does support the minimum OS version specified. This is, unfortunately, an intermittent issue that seems to be happening with App Loader that is outside of our control.

9. Re: "ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle viewer.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist
NOW Maroc Nov 6, 2014 1:56 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)Still not being able to upload our v32 upgraded app and no news from Apple (ticket). But a new warning has appeared concerning the 64 support with the Feb.1 deadline.
We were wondering. Our original v28 app has it certificates expiring today, so for the v.32 one we generated new certificates. Could it be a conflict between the 2 being active ?
Thanks.

Neil Enns - Adobe Nov 6, 2014 6:31 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)Unfortunately there isn’t anything to do other than keep trying and wait for a response on your open ticket with Apple. You can ignore the warning, it’s just a warning.

11. Re: "ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle viewer.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist
NOW Maroc Nov 7, 2014 6:55 AM (in response to Neil Enns - Adobe)Neil - Desperate to find a solution here. We seem the only ones to have this problem at the moment and nearly 4 days of trying to upload (over 50!) and the same message appears on and on.
Upgraded everything. Rebuilt 2 apps and nothing.
No news from Apple neither. What to do except receiving the same advice to wait and keep trying. We dont even know where the problem comes from.
We have a new issue to be released in 10 days, and the app should be upgraded before.
Thanks,

Neil Enns - Adobe Nov 7, 2014 7:53 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)Do you have a case number with Apple? If so send me a private message with the case number in it.

NOW Maroc Nov 8, 2014 2:31 AM (in response to NOW Maroc)After some new grey hair and an active intervention from Adobe (thanks Neil), Apple seem to have made a fix and we were able to upload our apps. Thanks.
