can not complete cc buying transaction.

im a newbe on cc and trying to purchase a product but at end i get this "There was a problem processing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Please try to change the browser, if you are still receiving the same error,do contact customer support Contact Customer Care for this.
